adventure travel planner in Machu Picchu

The Galápagos. Chasing the northern lights. Safari. The Tour du Mont Blanc. These are the trips worth doing and the hardest to pull off alone, because the logistics are genuinely complex, with permits, remote lodges, operators that make or break the whole thing, and multi-country routing. I’m an adventure travel planner and Virtuoso travel advisor for women ready to say yes, and I plan these trips because I’ve done them. When the logistics are the only thing standing between you and the trip, that’s exactly the problem I solve.

Pack Light for Trips That Move

Adventure trips reward a small bag and the right layers. My free 4-3-1 checklist works for hiking days, boat days, and everything in between.

Who This Is For

You’ve got a bucket-list adventure in mind and you don’t want permits, remote lodges, or complicated routing to be the reason it never happens.

Who This Isn’t For

Simple beach weekends you can easily book yourself? The blog has you covered. And if you want the plan but prefer to book it, my Destination Guidance is a better fit than full planning.

What I Handle as Your Adventure Travel Advisor

Firsthand expertise. I plan from real experience. I’ve trekked the Tour du Mont Blanc, sailed Croatia, explored the Galápagos, been on safari in Tanzania, chased the aurora in Iceland, and spent three weeks on New Zealand’s South Island, part group and part solo.
Quality control. Adventure trips live or die on the operator. I know which are worth it and which to skip, and I match the trip to your pace and activity level.
Logistics, sorted. Permits, remote lodges, and multi-country routing, handled, so you just show up and experience it.
Virtuoso perks at no extra cost to you. My Virtuoso affiliation means upgrades, breakfast, and property credits worth $100 to $500+ per eligible stay, at no extra cost to you.
A real person on call. If a train strikes or a plan shifts while you’re there, you have my travel team 24/7.

As a travel agent for Italy with Virtuoso credentials, I have relationships and rates the average traveler can’t access on their own.
