A: No. Hotel rates through our preferred partnerships are the same or better than booking direct, plus you receive added-value amenities. My planning fees reflect my time and expertise – you’re paying for personalized service and insider access, not marked-up travel costs.
A: 50% is due when you sign the planning agreement, 50% upon itinerary completion before I make final bookings. I accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
A: My planning fees are non-refundable once work begins, as they compensate for time already invested. However, for booked travel components, cancellation policies vary by supplier. I always recommend travel insurance, which I’m happy to book for you, and can help you navigate changes if needed.
A: Ideally 3-6 months for complex international trips, 2-3 months for domestic or simpler itineraries. I can work with shorter timelines, though availability and pricing may be limited.

A: Yes! I can book flights and am happy to do so. I provide flight recommendations and routing guidance, and many of my clients prefer I book their flights as part of complete trip planning for a seamless, coordinated experience.
A: We have a 24/7 on-call emergency number, and often provide a local contact in your destination country for support. I’m also available to assist while you’re traveling.
